RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and zip-code. for Orders over $100, free shipping is provided by using code: “everyiwhere” at checkout.


ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:

Orders may take 1 weeks to ship out, unless stated in the description. Once an order is sent out, we will send you an email with tracking details. *Please be patient if your location is far. We are located in New Jersey. 


MULTIPLE PRODUCTS:

If your order contains multiple products we will send everything together. Multiple orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to be completely fulfilled. *Patience is Key*


RETURNED/  LOST ORDERS:

Please make sure your address is correct, including the apartment number. We are not responsible for orders that are returned/ lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order is returned, there will be a fee to reship your order.


ORDER TRACKING:

After placing an order you should receive an email with the order confirmation/ receipt and shipment tracking info. If you’ve been sent tracking details and package(s) have not arrived, PLEASE contact your local postal office or mail carrier. Once the product leaves our inventory, we cannot track it.
